ExecutiveGolfClubs.com is looking for an interested party for one of two options:

#1) An investor for development of potential business model - $3,950,000
       investment.

OR
#2) A buyer for the domain name package (includes .com/.net/.biz/.info & Twitter account) $250,000.

Option #1

INVESTMENT/DEVELOPMENT option involves the following rough details:


1) Purchase of a brick and mortar golf equipment retail home office and
    retail outlet -  (potential location of San Diego or Orange County
    California).
2) Construction of a website that offers golf vacation packages to upscale
    golf resorts around the world & sells golf equipment from retail store
    inventory.

Investment capital will be allocated in the  following manner:

$1,500,000 retail building - building could be leased but at current prices      
                                              it's more equitable to purchase vs. lease.
$750,000 in inventory - clubs, apparel, accessories
$150,000 associated franchise costs to sell Callaway, Titleist, Ping, Cobra,  
$100,000 legal & administrative costs
$300,000 marketing fund - Internet marketing campaign, SEO, Trade Shows,
$250,000 website development (an extensive website)
$900,000 working capital
$3,950,000 = total investment

ExecutiveGolfClubs.com will make money from sale of Retail Golf Equipment through its website and booking Golf Vacation Packages. The investment will be secured by fixed assets to include real estate, website and inventory. To that end, the company is not yet incorporated and any ROI could include a negotiated piece of the company PLUS profit sharing. The project offers 100% transparency to any investor and welcomes any active involvement in development and operations.

I am extremely open minded to discussing 'opportunities' and 'ideas' outside of what has been mentioned. The business model is open for discussion and I welcome input or suggestions or alternate business plans. The primary goal is to build a successful business that ultimately results in multiple retail outlets and/or franchising.

Lastly, if an investor would be interested in purchasing the portfolio of ExecutiveGolfClub domain names I would be willing to sell them for $250,000 USD. The following names and twitter account would be included in the package:

ExecutiveGolfClubs.net
ExecutiveGolfClubs.biz
ExecutiveGolfClubs.info
Twitter Account: ExecGolfClubs

The names get plenty of traffic without being developed and are descriptive of what the business would have to offer.

About Me: I grew up in the Midwest and graduated Western Illinois University in 1990. I immediately joined the Navy and served on the USS Horne CG-30 (decommissioned) until the end of my enlistment. After the Navy I joined Chrysler Corporation and served 2 years as Customer Service and 10 years as a District Manager until I resigned in April 2008. Since that time I have been working odd jobs to stay afloat while I look for a replacement career.
